Shipping Information
We currently ship via UPS, FEDEX or DHL from Buenos Aires. International shipping is complimentary on all of our store. Insurance is not included in the shipping fee. Online checkout through our website is currently available for international customers worldwide. If you don’t see your country on our list, just send us an email—we are happy to add it. NUMERO 52 is not responsible for paying customs and duties fees. Made-to-order items take between 10-14 days to dispatch from the date of order. You will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number when your order has shipped. 


Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. if you are unsatisfied with your shoes, returns, and exchanges of any full price, unworn, merchandise is accepted if you initiate the return within 7 days of receipt of your online order.  We offer refunds on full price items less shipping costs. customer pays for the shipping of the replacement item. Sale items including anything purchased with a promo code or discount greater than 10% off can be exchanged for store credit only. Sample sale items are final sale without exception. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original packaging. Shipping costs (including the initial shipping costs) are deducted from the refund. once a return authorization is issued, items must be returned within 7 days before the return authorization is canceled and the sale is final. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface with clean feet. shoes returned with marked or scuffed soles may be rejected or subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are processed in 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability and may require an additional 10-15 days to be delivered. Please contact us at with return/exchange in the subject line before initiating a return. Items shipped back to us without initiating a return/exchange request via email are done so at the customer's own risk. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. International returns will be accommodated, but communicate with us first. We are not able to issue international return labels. The customer must ship it back to us using an insured, trackable service as we can only issue refunds for what we receive back. The original shipping cost + any duties fees will be deducted from the refund.
